2 Account Registration & User Responsibilities

- Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
- If any of your account information changes, you must notify md77 immediately.
- Transferring, buying, selling, or leasing your account to another person is prohibited.
3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
md77 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Important: Only persons aged 21 and above may open an account and play at md77. Providing false information about your age will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
md77 may request documents for identity verification at any time. The following documents are accepted for identity verification:

- Any other government-issued photo ID
If identity verification is not completed within the specified time, md77 reserves the right to suspend or close the account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Rules
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on md77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following mobile banking methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

md77 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests if there is suspicion of fraud or irregularity, or if the identity verification process is incomplete. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the mobile wallet from which the deposit was made.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
md77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer.
Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
Wagering Requirement: A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Cancelled bets or refunded bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- md77 may cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of fraudulent use.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- md77 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Weekly cashback is up to 0.3%, 0.5%, and 0.8% respectively.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on md77:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an incorrect payout occurs due to a system error, md77 reserves the right to correct or recover that amount.
- If a technical error occurs in a game result, md77 may void the relevant round and bets will be refunded.
- md77 reserves the right to set a maximum amount for any bet.
- In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, specific rules will apply according to the bet.

Prohibited Activities, Suspension & Liability
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md77 platform:
- Opening or operating two or more accounts by the same person.
- Bonus abuse — attempting to strategically circumvent bonus terms.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or game results.
- Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of other users' accounts.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Impersonating an employee or representative of the platform.

If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, md77 will terminate the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
md77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If identity verification documents are not provided or false documents are submitted.
- If evidence of any fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
- If it becomes known that the user is a minor.
- Upon instruction from a court or government authority.
In the event of suspension or closure, the user will be notified in advance where possible. The return of legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability
md77 will not be liable in the following cases:
- If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- If a transaction is delayed due to failure of a third-party service (mobile banking, internet provider).
- In the event of a security breach on the user's own device or account.
- Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.
If a loss occurs due to a technical error on the platform, md77's liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount of the relevant bet. md77 will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
